Paul Ramirez is a seasoned real estate investor and operations specialist with over 30 years of management experience. Based in Dallas, Texas, Paul focuses on value-add multifamily projects and long-term buy-and-hold properties that generates steady cash flow and appreciation.

Since joining the partnership in 2003, Paul has helped acquire and manage more than 10,000 rental units. He takes pride in being hands-on throughout every stage of the process—from planning renovations to overseeing daily operations—ensuring each property reaches its full potential.

Paul is passionate about turning underperforming properties into vibrant communities where residents want to live.



He earned his degree in Business Management from the University of North Texas.
