Denise Gillean

With over 40 years of financial management, Denise Gillean serves as Chief Financial Officer of Granite Redevelopment Properties.  Denise oversees accounting operations for the company, working closely with the CEO, GC and Managing Partners to execute financial operations.  This includes daily management of our portfolio along with acquisitions and sales of real estate assets.  Denise joined the company as a founding member and has controlled the finances for 30 years.  Before joining Granite Redevelopment Properties Denise worked in financial management across various industries.
